Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to prepaid consultation packages purchased directly from Datacomputegrid. Free orientation calls and informational website use are not refundable items.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 14 days of payment if no paid consultation session has taken place. After the first paid session begins, full refunds are no longer available.

Full or partial refunds

If you cancel a multi-session package after starting, we refund unused sessions minus a €60 administrative fee, provided cancellation notice arrives at least 48 hours before the next scheduled session. Sessions already delivered are non-refundable.

Non-refundable items

Completed sessions, downloadable worksheets once delivered, and third-party fees (if any are itemized separately) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@datacomputegrid.digital with your name, invoice number, and reason. We confirm receipt within 3 business days and request any missing details.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your institution.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once at no cost with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows count as a delivered session. Datacomputegrid may cancel due to illness or force majeure and will offer a replacement slot or credit.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected. If a package cannot be delivered as described for reasons attributable to Datacomputegrid, you may choose a credit or refund of the unused portion without the administrative fee.
