FAQ

Do you guarantee a job?

No. A real limitation of this program is that we cannot influence employer timelines or open roles in your region. We strengthen the parts you control; placement remains outside our scope.

Is this suitable if I am still registered with the Jobcenter?

Yes. Many clients attend while receiving benefits. We can schedule around appointments, and we avoid advice that conflicts with your official obligations.

What language are sessions in?

Consultations are in English by default on this site’s programs. German-language sessions can be requested by email if an advisor is available.

From people who finished the series

“Module 5’s rehearsal exposed that I laughed whenever I mentioned the layoff. Once I noticed it, interviews felt less like confession.”

— Henrik S., maintenance technician · Koblenz

“Useful overall. I wish Module 3 had included more examples for career changers—my hospitality background needed extra translation work.”
