Datacomputegrid started in Rheinland-Pfalz as a small consultation desk for neighbors navigating unemployment paperwork and quiet shame. We still keep sessions human-scale.
Mission
Help adults in Germany translate a period of unemployment into a coherent story employers can trust—without pretending the gap never happened.
Pedagogy
We teach through drafts, rehearsal, and feedback loops. Clients write, speak, revise, and try again. Theory stays short; practice takes the hour.

Optional peer check-ins once a month. No forced networking circles. Many clients prefer quiet accountability emails instead.

What we will not claim
We are not a staffing agency. We do not negotiate with employers on your behalf. If you need clinical mental health support, we will say so and point you toward appropriate services rather than stretching consultation into therapy.
